Peace Mix Related Spaces: Manchester Z Arts Centre

June 8, 2012 -

Manchester Z Arts Centre was formed in 2000 as a ‘creative space for young people’ with a priority on providing participatory activity.

The mission of the Z Arts Centre is to inspire and enable generations of young people from Manchester and beyond to use creativity to maximise their potential.

The Z Arts Centre does this by supporting an individual’s journey from their first steps in the creative practice to being a practicing artist.

An artistic hub, the large Manchester Z Arts Centre building houses twelve public rooms including a 230 seat theatre, gallery, fully equipped dance studio, music studio, café, rehearsal and workshop rooms.
